Quality Assurance - Technical Support Auditor Position Available in Toronto, Ontario.

We are currently seeking to add a highly energetic and motivated individual to join our Quality Assurance department.

The candidate would be responsible for assessing the quality of service and training to ensure continuous improvement. He/she establishes and maintains professional relations with clients and other related industry professionals. He/she provides detailed facility audits, training, education and assistance in resolution of complex pest infestation issues. The candidate will also provide On-The-Job training and assessment of job processes to Route Managers in accordance with established company policies and with governmental regulations.

You must have a minimum of 3 years experience in the pest control industry, have a valid structural exterminators license and a valid G class drivers license.

Duties include servicing existing routes while increasing market share through aggressive sales and excellent service. Candidates will be highly motivated individuals with excellent written and oral communication skills and will hold a current exterminator's license OR candidates should have a sales / service background and be willing to enter the Abell service training program.
